DARE Dakhla (Dakhla Aide & Relâche des Errants) is a grassroots animal welfare collective based in the heart of the Sahara’s coastal gem, Dakhla. Our mission is simple: to protect, care for, and give dignity back to the stray animals of the region.

We specialize in rescue, sterilization, medical treatment, and safe release of dogs and cats living on the streets — reducing suffering, controlling overpopulation, and helping strays live healthier lives in harmony with the community.

At DARE, we believe that every paw deserves protection. Through outreach, education, and hands-on care, we aim to create a safer, more compassionate Dakhla — where no animal is forgotten, and every act of kindness creates ripples of change.
